Shipping and Return Policy – At Incredible Garden Art, we always strive to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
SHIPPING RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
However, if the product is wrongly delivered or if your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us at info@incrediblegardenart.com on same day. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
We will offer a replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. You have to mention order id on box while sending products back to us and need to send tracking detail via email.
In case you don’t require the product then you have to return product in original condition with order id back to us. We are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to us, and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee which is charged by our payment gateway and unfortunately cannot be avoided.

MODE OF PAYMENT
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express). We do not offer payment on delivery.
DELIVERY
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India.
Delivery timeline varies from within 3-5 business days & 5-10 business days depending upon the delivery location. We dispatch product only after payment receipt that may take time up to 2 days.
Incredible Garden Art does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Incredible Garden Art fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Incredible Garden Art may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

CANCELLING OF ORDER
In case of requests for order cancellations, Incredible Garden Art reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Incredible Garden Art has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
