1. When can I expect to receive my order?

In most cases, orders are packed and delivered to your doorstep within 10 business days. Our fulfillment team usually packs the orders within 4 days. Following shipment, transit can take anywhere between 2-8 business depending on your location as well as your preferred shipping method.

2. What if I’m interested in placing a large order?

3. Does IGA carry product from other brands?

We carry an assortment of products from independent makers and brands that share our aesthetic, values, and vibe. Discount codes cannot be applied to these products.

4. Do the plants come with the decorative pots shown in the pictures?

Unless specifically defined in the product description, most plants come in nursery pots and not in the decorative pots shown in the pictures. Decorative & designer pots are available separately for purchase in our Pots & Planters collection.

5. My order isn’t what I expected, how do I send it back?

We only exchange items if they are received in a damaged state. We will accept the exchange if it is intimated to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

6. My order arrived broke. What now?

We carefully pack each and every order to ensure it’s safe for travel, however, they are breakable items and can break from time to time. If you have received a broken item please contact us immediately and email us all about it along with a package opening video. We will then email you with further instructions.

7. Are the items standardized?

Each item is handcrafted therefore slight variation in colour or look may occur. The beauty in these pieces is the natural grain and look of every piece that renders it unique and one of a kind.
